Privacy Policy

Effective: 2026-05-02

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Novari (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Novari mobile application and the novari.fit website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

Novari is operated by Novari, an organization based in Cairo, Egypt. You can contact us at admin@novari.fit.

3. Data we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information. Email address, authentication credentials (password or third-party sign-in tokens from Apple or Google), preferred language.
  • Reference photos. Full-body and other photos you upload so the AI can render outfits on you.
  • Outfit images. Product photos, screenshots, or images you upload to be tried on.
  • Try-on outputs. Generated images produced by our AI when you run a try-on.
  • Saved looks. Try-on results you choose to save.
  • Subscription state. Whether you have an active Novari or Novari Pro subscription, and credits balance.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data. Device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, time zone, anonymized identifiers, crash diagnostics, and basic usage events.
  • IP address. Used transiently for security, fraud prevention, and country-aware feed selection.

What we do not collect

We do not collect biometric identifiers, contact lists, or location coordinates. We do not sell personal data.

4. How we use your data

We use the data above to:

  • Provide the core try-on experience (this is the primary use of reference photos and outfit images).
  • Maintain your account, preferences, and saved looks.
  • Authenticate you and prevent abuse.
  • Process subscriptions and deliver paid features.
  • Show you a country-curated trending feed.
  • Improve the Service through aggregate analytics and crash diagnostics.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, or material changes to this Policy.

5. AI-generated content

Try-on outputs are produced by an AI model and are synthetic images, not photographs of real products on you. They are intended as a visual preview and are not guaranteed to perfectly match the appearance, fit, or color of an actual product on a real person. We disclose AI generation in line with Apple’s App Store guidelines and applicable AI transparency rules.

6. Third-party services

We share limited data with the following processors so that the Service can function:

  • Apple (StoreKit) and RevenueCat — process your subscription on Apple’s billing system and synchronize entitlement state with our server.
  • Apple and Google sign-in — used optionally for authentication if you choose those methods.

We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers. We do not use your photos to train third-party AI models.

7. Data retention

  • Reference photos and try-on outputs remain in your account until you delete them or close your account.
  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Backups containing your data may persist for up to 30 days after deletion before being permanently overwritten.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored photos, scoped access tokens, and least-privilege server access. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and enable platform-level security features on your device.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
